Storage Optimization: Oversee the layout and space management of the warehouse (Raw Materials, SFG, and Finished Goods).
Inventory Control: Implement and maintain rigorous cycle counting and annual stock-take procedures to ensure 99%+ accuracy.
Safety & 5S: Ensure the warehouse operates under strict safety protocols and maintains 5S standards.
Develop and maintain effective warehouse management processes, including warehousing, warehouse delivery, and periodic inventory.
Organize the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse in accordance with the company's warehouse management policies and procedures.
Carry out the storage of goods in accordance with current regulations, and also establish and monitor work processes and security methods to keep goods in the warehouse safe.
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure there are enough goods to meet customer needs without causing excess or shortage.
Periodically conduct inventory and then compare with data on the SAP management system.
Logistics & Distribution
Transportation: Manage relationships with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers, trucking companies, and forwarders.
Route Optimization: Plan and track domestic deliveries to customers or distributors to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
Cost Control: Analyze and negotiate freight rates and handling costs to optimize the logistics budget.
Analyze inventory data
Work closely with departments such as finance, purchasing, logistic, sales and operations to ensure effective coordination of inventory activities.
Prepare shipping docs base on customers’ requirement and factory demand
Connect with trucking FCL/LCL to arrange shipments in time
Forwarder Management: Manage international bookings, tracking shipments from port-to-factory or factory-to-port.
Import-Export Operations
Customs Compliance: Oversee the preparation of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, CO) and ensure accurate HS Code classification.
Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for Customs authorities regarding declarations, liquidations, and audits (especially important for manufacturing EPE or under investment schemes).
Supervise customs book to align shipping code and balance material
Coordinate with forwarder for custom declaration

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.Experience with SAP system
Fluent English
Computer literate
Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can deal with more than one task / project at a time prioritizing accordingly.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, Vietnam Customs laws, and Circulars related to Import-Export.
Software: Proficiency in SAP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and VNACCS/VCIS (Customs software).
Languages: Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) for communicating with overseas partners.
Leadership: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
