Job Summary:
- Responsible for all activities directly related to warehouse goods, including storage arrangement, inbound and outbound operations, and transportation, contributing to the reduction of logistics costs and the efficient utilization of warehouse facilities.
- Manage the company’s raw materials and finished goods
- Manage warehouse workers in goods arrangement and inventory counting, report stock conditions to management, identify shortages and surplus items and update inventory levels in real time.
- Ensure continuity of production processes and the timely supply and distribution of goods in a timely manner, and ensure that subordinate staff perform their assigned functions and duties effectively
- Participate and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to the quantity and quality of goods.
- Support in providing and sharing information with other departments such as Sales, QA/QC, Marketing etc., regarding inventory status and product information.
Education: College degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an equivalent role.
Others (specified):
Knowledge of quality management systems such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and HACCP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced in using at least one warehouse management system (WMS) and SAP
Knowledge of fire prevention and firefighting (PCCC) regulations, as well as technology process safety and Asset Integrity Process Safety (AIPS).
Careful, honest, and responsible; strong communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, decisive, and highly accountable.
Experience in implementing Kaizen and 5S methodologies
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
