Warehouse Operation Manager

Purpose and Scope:

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring efficient and safe storage, organization, and distribution of goods.
• Ensure smooth, cost-effective, and safe warehouse operations while optimizing processes, leading teams, and improving performance.
• Manage WH North warehouse comprehensively, including storage and distribution, and oversee the order cycle for sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

1. Strategically plan logistics, warehouse, and customer service; set growth goals.
2. Manage P&L, costs, revenue; maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
3. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport firms; optimize warehouse and transportation processes.
4. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution; arrange layout for space efficiency.
5. Control warehouse transfer loss and ensure on-time case fill (WHCFOT).
6. Deliver Cost Improvement Plan (CIP) targets; comply with warehousing and shipping regulations.
7. Coordinate annual audits, perform root cause analysis, and prepare reports.

1. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields. 
• Knowledge of international warehousing KPIs and best practices. 
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese; expertise in budget control and process improvement. 
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 

2. Experience :

•    5-10 years in warehouse management within a logistics firm. 
•    Familiarity with Vietnam’s business and regulatory environment; strategic and customer-oriented.
