Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Intern will support the Warehouse Operations team at AIRR Labs in managing and processing orders in the system. The role involves handling requests from both internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and providing key order-related information when needed. During the 6-month internship, the intern will be trained to fully understand the end-to-end operations process for a brand and may be considered for a full-time position at AIRR Labs upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the E-commerce team to process requests for creating replacement orders in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Manage operational data and provide information as requested by brand partners and the Accounting team.
• Handle after-sales processes in the system, including returns, compensation, replacement shipments, and product recalls based on brand requirements.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to process ad-hoc orders, estimate packing time and related costs, and identify the most suitable delivery service.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Final-year student majoring in Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields, available for full-time internship.
• Hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn; comfortable working with data and systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Interest in pursuing a career in warehouse operations or warehouse management.
