Warehouse Operator

Job Duties:

• Focus on FBA export, local warehouse operation and B2C parel export to our customers to our customers
• Mainly receiving, warehousing and outbound operations for airfreight and volumes by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and procedures
• Communicate closely with internal colleagues and external warehouse customers
• Continuously improve operational performance and efficiency while satisfying both company and customer needs
• Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees in cooperation with HR

Job requirements:

• Minimum 2 years operation experience in warehouse/distribution center
• Good command of Korean, Speaking good Chinese is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to drive results
• Ability to be flexible to work variable shifts such as night shifts, operate on tight deadlines with multiple priorities subject to frequent change
