Warehouse Staff (Japanese Logistics Company)

1. Customer Service:

- Contact with customer and receive information of cargo in/out daily

- Update information and report issue and trouble to customer

2. Control cargo in/out:

- Doing for cargo inbound and outbound as customer request:

- Receive document from customer for cargo inbound/outbound

- Coordinate with Trucking/vendor to deliver cargo as schedule

- Doing warehouse works for inbound/outbound as SOP

- Confirm to customer about cargo in/out by warehouse receipt

3. Report:

- Report cargo inbound/outbound with customer

- Make irregular report and KPI report (if any)

- Report inventory/cargo stock

- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.
- Communication in English (written and oral)

- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.

- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills.
