Warehouse Supervisor

- Manage daily warehouse activities

- Control process of goods receipt, goods movement and goods issue both physically and in system

- Manages efficient utilization of warehouse space, equipment and facilities

- Coordinate closely with Factory, Sales, QMS, Import & Export, Planning and 3P to ensure smooth handling of transportation means and efficient dispatch of finished goods to customers

- Manage all warehouses to integrate them into the company’s warehouse system

- Carry out and follow up on warehousing projects.

- Prepare and control budget for overhead expenses, as well as investments related to warehousing activities.

- Manage periodical physical stock count

- Manage and monitor labeling activities.

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

- Acting as an internal auditor: SHE, WH Assessmen

- University / College

- Min 5 years in Logistics / Operation Supply Chain for 3PL or FMCG 

- Warehouse management, inventory management, people management, office, ERP/WMS system
