Warehouse Team Leader

• Onsite monitor to ensure site work conforms safety regulations, and guarantee employee work safety
• Devise effective resource planning, to ensure shipping, loading & unloading, and material supply capability
• Ensure inventory accuracy: packaging materials (carton, bottles (OW-RGB), can, etc.), FGs.
• Comply with standard operating procedure, and manage to improve continuously to optimize costs
• To setup warehouse system step by step: Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Goods transfer, Finished Goods receipt from Packing department, Material supply to Making and Packing department, FG picking for distribution.
• To provide daily activities supervision and issues fixing that support the Brewery operating well.
• To report warehouse KPI, ensure GMP, Safety, quality in warehouse
• To prepare Job description and personal objective for warehouse staffs
• Close gaps by learning and training. Improve technical skills to grow with the team. Train for new Operators. Through continuous learning and training, bridge the skills gap to improve their professional skills, while actively sharing successful practice
• Crisis Management and 3PL management
• Reporting: In case of any problems, it’s required to promptly report to Line Manager for immediate action. Make reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Participate in setting-up and implementing all work instructions for operations and maintenance in warehouse section; ensure all employees (before they carried-out their works) are trained.
• According to ABI’s human resource management policy, make the training plans and track implementation of them; make the performance management process, and ensure the process can be fairly and justly implemented; regularly communicate with the personnel.

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of warehouse operation management experience in multinational company

• Familiar with logistics warehouse operation process, quality management system. Equipped with knowledge in professional logistics. Familiar with SAP.

• Conversant in English; Proficient skills in MS Office

• Familiar with VPO (ABI Management System):

1. Management pillar including business description, process mapping, MCRS & PRP, 5S, MCL, Knowledge management, standards creation and execution, service level
2. People pillar knowledge, including job description, work-related RACI, KPI management (including target setting & cascading, target appraisal), abilities matrix, training matrix, leadership, company compensation policy, recognition, work environment, internal/external recruitment)
3. Quality pillar, including ABI food safety policy, HACCP, product quality completeness, quality management control report system.
4. Logistic-related ES pillar, including safety monitor, hazard prevention, environment safety alarm, worker safety operating procedure (including but not limited to work permit, SAM & LOTO, work at heights, electrical safety, workplace safety transport, contractor safety), department safety risk assessment, hazardous substances regulation, by-product and waste management etc.
5. Logistics pillar, including inventory control, timely inventory update, on-time receiving of raw material, packaging material, financial performance, ZBB costs
6. Maintenance pillar, including maintenance standards, self-preventative maintenance, monitor (including planning & work scheduling system operation, management control report system operation, KPI, financial performance, ZBB)

• Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organization capability and execution, good coordination skills.
