Warranty Administrator - Porsche Center Saigon

Your responsibilities:

• Repair documentation and warranty claim submission to headquarters in compliance with international Porsche warranty standards
• Management of Warranty & Goodwill repair approval processes in close cooperation with regional Porsche subsidery
• Administration and monitoring of manufacturers Workshop and Recall Campaigns
• Conduction of internal warranty audits and trainings

Your qualifications:

• Technical degree holder with knowledge about vehicle mechanics and electrics
• Computer and Microsoft office skills
• Fluent English language skills (writing and speaking min. intermediate level)
• Structured and well organized working style
