Washing Process Technical Engineer

For yarn-dyed fabrics (no fabric dyeing required): remove oils and stains generated during weaving.
Desizing/Scouring: if sizing was applied during warping, desizing is required before scouring.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design and implementation of post-weaving washing processes for yarn-dyed fabrics to remove residual oils, stains, and sizing agents.
2. Develop appropriate desizing and scouring processes based on different fabric characteristics to ensure fabric cleanliness and hand feel meet standards.
3. Familiar with the application and formulation of washing-related chemical auxiliaries; optimize washing recipes to improve efficiency and product quality.
4. Assist in resolving technical issues during the washing process to ensure stable production.

Job Requirements

1. High school diploma or above; background in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience in washing processes for yarn-dyed fabrics; understanding of basic processes such as desizing and scouring.
3. Familiar with properties and applications of washing chemical auxiliaries; able to independently design washing formulations.
4. Good communication and coordination skills; able to cooperate with Production and Quality departments.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
