1. Quality Control (QC):

- Supervise and inspect the comprehensive quality assurance of welded products, ensuring strict adherence to both international and internal technical standards.

2. Customer Technical Support:

- Provide in-depth consultation and expert welding technical guidance to the factory's customers and partners.

3. Problem Analysis & Troubleshooting:

- Investigate and conduct root cause analysis of technical issues related to welded products based on customer feedback.

- Propose and implement effective corrective actions and process improvements to permanently resolve defects and prevent recurrence.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education & Professional Knowledge

- Education: Graduation from a full-time College/University program or higher, specializing in Welding/Welding Metallurgy Engineering or an equivalent field.

- Welding Knowledge: Possesses a solid understanding of welding process technology (WPS, PQR, etc.).

- Technical Skills: Must have the ability to calculate, inspect, and perform analysis on complex welded structures.

2. Experience & Essential Skills

- Foreign Language: Proficiency in English communication is required. Must have the ability to read and thoroughly comprehend specialized technical documents and drawings in English.

- Experience: Proven practical work experience in a similar position, preferably within companies active in the welding technology sector.

3. Other Requirements (Preferences)

- Certification: Preference will be given to candidates holding international certificates or formal qualifications in the welding field.

- Local Residency: Preference for candidates with household registration in Dong Nai province.

- Gender: Male.
