· Work follow project manager and team leader arrangement

· Involve in RAN site engineering design (HLD/LLD), integration, commissioning

· Involve OSS server installation, integration

· Support for new site configuration and service verification, acceptance test

· Support new / expansion / swap project

· Network fault rectification, software upgrade, customer support request handling

• Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, Computer science.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study

• Good knowledge at mobile system architecture, radio interface, protocols and signaling of state-of-the-art RAN technology (NR, LTE, UMTS…)

• At least 2 years of experience working for major 3G/4G/5G RAN vendors

• Network design for transmission bearer such as S1 eNodeB, gNodeB commissioning and integration capability

• Able to communicate effectively in English

• Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to Travel as needed

• Knowledge of databases, programming, AI, ML is a plus
