PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Researching business opportunities, develop strong sales pipelines.
To identify, analyze and accelerate business growth through new customers, maintain existing business and penetrate more business with an existing customer in order to achieve/exceed sales targets.
Plan, conduct sales calls/visits and organize appointments.
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs with customer’s portfolio matching with The Company’s business strategy.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts, ensure that sales professionals servicing the accounts receive updates on the status.
Able to sell and close a sale deal by effectively negotiating with decision makers to maintain and expand business opportunities.
Increase volumes and revenues.
Developing growth strategies and plans
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Implementation of business reports to Manager upon request.
Follow up the business strategy from the Corporate and the Head of Sales.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree, business management, logistics or any related fields.
03 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding/ Logistics Company.
