Oversee the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to managing & monitoring :
Inventory & Order Fulfillment Management
Monitor order fulfillment processes, identify breakdowns or delays, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues
Works closely with the warehouse management team to recognize and develop or correct operational bottlenecks; implement best practices to optimize inventory management, distribution, and product availability
Drive improvement across end-to-end order management lifecycle, identifying root causes for performance gaps and delivering results through scalable solutions
Identifies and implements efficiency improvement opportunities for operational excellence and aligns initiatives with any existing organizational programs supporting continuous improvement.
Business Administration
Manage office administration, contract services, and ensure effective and efficient office services to support business at all times.
Verify and reconcile supporting documents such as invoices, contracts, liquidation, claim statements, etc. to ensure accurate bookings and payments.
Timely payment processing and ensure in accordance with payment terms.
Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the logistics process.
Provide leadership direction to sustain an optimal productive operations team
Encourage an innovative working environment while motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce
Act as a key contact point between operations and stakeholders (both external and internal) to ensure smooth operations in new and existing zones.

5-8 years of experience with a proven record in Business Administration, Logistics or related positions in e-commerce industries
Strong understanding of online operations & technical setup. Proactive problem solving approach, anticipating potential challenges and devising effective solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and perform root cause analysis
Communication and stakeholder management skills; conflict resolution skills
Organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Customer & result orientation, emphasis on service quality and ability to adapt
