3D Staff

1. Job Purpose

• To develop accurate 3D garment simulations with a strong focus on 3D fitting, pattern adjustment, and garment optimization, supporting efficient product development and design refinement.

2. Key Responsibilities

3D Garment Development

• Create and simulate 3D garment models based on tech packs and design inputs
• Ensure accurate garment fit, drape, and construction in 3D environment
• Optimize 3D garments for realistic visualization and development use

Pattern & Fit Adjustment

• Collaborate with pattern makers to adjust patterns based on 3D fitting results
• Analyze fit issues and propose technical improvements
• Support virtual fitting sessions and provide feedback

Product Development Support

• Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and R&D teams to support product development
• Reduce physical sampling through effective 3D development
• Maintain consistency between 3D samples and actual production outcomes

System & Data Management

• Manage 3D files, assets, and libraries
• Ensure proper documentation and version control

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager

3. Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree or training in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields
• Experience in 3D garment simulation is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Browzwear (required)
• Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting
• Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Language

• Good English is a plus
