BD Leader

• Develop and execute publishing strategies for mobile game releases across iOS, Android, and other platforms.
• Manage the submission process for app stores, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create go-to-market plans, including user acquisition campaigns, unique selling points
• Monitor and analyze game performance metrics (e.g., downloads, retention, revenue) and recommend optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including platform representatives, and developer partners.
• Stay informed on mobile gaming industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep our titles competitive.
• Review the performance of team members and measure the satisfaction of developer partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in mobile game publishing, product management, or a related role within the mobile game industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) and their submission processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions 
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and market dynamics.
• Good English 4 skills
