The Business Technology team is seeking an intern to support our day-to-day operations and ongoing projects. This role offers exposure to how technology supports business functions across the organization, with opportunities to assist on automation, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates are curious, organized, and interested in building a foundation at the intersection of business and technology.
Responsibilities:
Assist with data collection, cleanup, and basic analysis using Excel and SQL
Help build and maintain reports and dashboards in tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Support the design and testing of basic automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or similar low-code platforms
Assist with light scripting tasks (e.g., Python) to streamline repetitive processes
Help integrate data between business applications using APIs and connectors
Support documentation of business processes, workflows, and team procedures
Conduct research on tools, vendors, or industry trends as requested
Provide general project support to team members across ongoing initiatives
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Exposure to automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) or interest in learning them
Basic familiarity with SQL or scripting languages (Python preferred) is a plus
Comfort exploring new software and reading basic technical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
Basic understanding of business concepts
