Mô tả Công việc

A. Compliance & Audit Management

  • Lead and manage all social compliance activities within the factory.
  • Ensure continuous audit readiness for customer, third-party (BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, etc.), and government audits.
  • Act as the main contact for auditors and coordinate all audit activities.

B. Supplier Compliance

  • Conduct supplier compliance audits in line with company and customer requirements.
  • Identify compliance gaps, evaluate risks, and follow up corrective actions.

C. Corrective Action (CAP) Management

  • Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Monitor implementation and ensure audit findings are closed effectively and sustainably.

D. Legal Compliance & Factory Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, working hours, wages, payroll practices, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support daily factory operations while maintaining compliance with customer standards.

E. System Improvement & Documentation

  • Develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Improve compliance processes related to working hours, payroll, and record management.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend practical improvement initiatives.

F. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Production, HR, Planning, and other departments to integrate compliance into daily operations.
  • Promote a strong compliance culture while balancing business needs and operational efficiency.

G. Training & Awareness

  • Deliver compliance training for supervisors, employees, and workers.
  • Raise awareness of labor rights, grievance mechanisms, and customer compliance requirements.

H. Reporting

  • Prepare compliance reports and provide regular updates on audit readiness, compliance status, risks, and improvement actions.
  • Escalate critical issues with practical recommendations.

I. Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the CSR Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CSR/Social Compliance within the garment manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, or similar social compliance standards.
  • Proven experience managing customer audits and Corrective Action Plans (CAP).

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, working hours management, wage and payroll compliance.
  • Ability to independently manage audits and communicate effectively with auditors and customers.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Language

  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
