- Communicate with customers via Etsy, Shopify chatbox, email, and phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Coordinate and follow up with logistics partners and fulfillment centers in the US to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Manage and update daily inventory data from the US warehouse.
- Track and maintain container schedules, including estimated arrival dates and status updates.
- Support internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) by providing customer feedback and insights.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (100% of our customers are native English speakers).
- Able to work rotating shifts, including day and night when required (additional pay applies).
- Working Schedule: 5 working days/week – Night shift rotation (Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 00:00 AM; Shift 2: 00:00 AM – 8:30 AM).
- Comfortable using a personal laptop for remote work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and problem-solve independently.
- Team-oriented, open-minded, and eager to grow and learn.
- Willingness to work on public holidays (with compensation or additional benefits).
- No experience required, but preferred if:
- Have previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or with international clients.
- Have worked in the furniture or home decor industry.
