E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator

Manage and update product listings on Shopify and Etsy
Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels to ensure accuracy
Support customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues across e-commerce platforms
Coordinate and execute promotions and sales campaigns
Assist in email marketing activities, including campaigns, automation flows, and performance reporting
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience
Prefer candidates with relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing, or similar roles
Good command of English (especially reading and writing for work)
Ability to communicate in English with international customers is a strong advantage
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy) is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and in a team
Positive attitude and willingness to commit long-term
