Process Management

• Support the preparation and delivery of environmental training and awareness programs.
• Assist the CSR Manager in developing employees' environmental awareness and sustainable behaviors.
• Advise and support management on environmental issues, risk assessments, and environmental incident investigations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
• Collect, monitor, and maintain environmental data for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting.
• Take responsibility for the environmental module and related activities under the ESG program.
• Lead environmental, sustainability, and ESG initiatives across the supply chain.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Performance Management

• Prepare and submit environmental reports to the Senior CSR Manager.
• Support environmental performance reviews, identify trends, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and implement environmental projects, including ESG, GHG, Carbon Footprint, BEPI, Higg Index, and other sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
• Develop and manage the local environmental audit plan.
• Participate in cross-audits across different sites/factories.
• Participate as a member of the Crisis Management Team and/or Emergency Response Team in the event of critical environmental incidents.
• Participate in environmental risk assessments and maintain related documentation.

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in chemical/environment engineer plus occupational health and Safety 
• At least 1-3 years of experience in environment or sustainability scope. 
• Has experience in garment/textile/washing manufacturing industry. 
• Has knowledge of ESG, Higg, BEPI, etc. 
• Familiar with ISO 14001:2015, It will be a preference. 
• Fluent English language is a plus
