Mô tả Công việc

Position summary:

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of freight rates and free time for respective trade lanes in TMS for Geneva’s Pricing Liner approval.
  • Corporate with other teams and agents to ensure freights in system matches with contracts, sales quotations and adheres to the company’s regulations.
  • Run reports and correct errors regarding to freight rates and other kind reports (if requested).
  • Issue EMC if required by Freight Control Manager.
  • Follow and clear daily correction MFTC report.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Freight Control Manager and Freight Senior Executive.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve rate discrepancies and customer disputes by reviewing the approval process and correcting billing errors.
  • Verify booking data against approvals (GVA/ARO) and ensure accurate filing in TMS.
  • Update rates and surcharges in booking and bill levels.
  • Submit CNF shipment rates and free time for Geneva Pricing Liner approval.
  • Issue EMCs post-dispute resolution and coordinate with relevant departments for invoice adjustment, additional payment collection or refunds.
  • Process debit notes and follow up on payments.
  • Handle special rate requests (e.g., CODs, returns, customs charges).
  • Coordinate with accounting for special cases.
  • Clear K/O items in daily MFTC reports and handle daily/monthly corrector reports.
  • Prepare additional reports and support tasks as assigned.

Key experience & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related majors, preferably in Logistics, Maritime or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in shipping/logistics industry is preferred
