[Hà Nội] Warehouse Manager

1)     Warehousing:

•       Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing programs, personnel policies.

•       Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

•       Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling stock with data on system. Fix shortages and arrange replacement of damaged goods.

•       Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipments; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

•       Maintains packing and unpacking goods in warehouses; weighting and calculating cubic dimensions of items.

•       Manage and control operation expenses at the lowest cost.

•       Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as drinks, flammable material are stored safely.

2)     Transportation:

•       Source for transport and logistics suppliers and service to ensure sufficient capabilities.

•       Act as a point of contact between TKS and the transport suppliers to ensure all shipments executed in a timely and cost effective manner, issues are logged and escalated and resolved timely.

•       Weekly and monthly contract KPI review with the transport suppliers.

•       Responsible to execute monthly internal transfer plan for FG to ensure stock deployment accurately and timely.

3)     Other:

•       Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to provide visibility and insights of the LWD performance and activities to management.

•       Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar Warehouse Management or Logistics leadership role.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Word for data management and reporting.

• Language: Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal).
