We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist (strong in
Recruitment) to manage the full recruitment cycle, with a primary focus on high-volume recruitment for our retail
and office division. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies,
managing the candidate pipeline and comply with relevant labor laws, regulations. Experience in headhunting is a
significant advantage.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance and more.
● Office Recruitment: Manage recruitment for office-based roles across various departments.
● Retail Recruitment: Develop and execute specific strategies for high-volume recruitment in the retail sector, including:
o Organizing and attending recruitment events (job fairs, open houses).
o Building and maintaining relationships with retail talent pools.
o Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract large numbers of qualified candidates.
● Talent Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
● Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
● Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
● Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
● HR Generalist Duties: Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned, such as employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and training.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on mass recruitment, preferably in a
company with a chain model.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations (local and international a plus).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with headhunting is a strong advantage.
