PURPOSE
The HR Officer will play a key role in leading global talent acquisition efforts for GaneshAID, supporting both internal workforce needs and project-based recruitment across multiple countries. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified talent for ongoing operations as well as for GaneshAID’s international projects, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of consultants and staff. This position will support core HR operations, contributing to smooth onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and the continuous improvement of internal HR processes.
This position is ideal for candidates who are looking to grow into a Talent Partner or HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, gaining exposure to both strategic hiring and broader HR functions in an international working environment.
