1. RECRUITMENT + TRAINING DEVELOPMENT (60%)
*Recruitment
- Work closely with hiring managers and partners to understand their hiring requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Recruiting vacant positions of the Factory (including workers, office staff,..)
- Preparing documents, uniforms, equipment for new employees, orientation training, company tour
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
*Training & Development
- Support, coordinate in developing training plan, preparing material and implementing internal & external training
- Organizing company events and monthly engagement activities for employees to boost morale
- Support the development of corporate culture through internal activities
- Employer branding projects: initiatives, contents, fanpage management
***Work at Vung Tau Factory - Phú Mỹ ward, HCM (shuttle bus from District 8 & District 1)
2. C&B (40%)
Execute C&B activities:
- Support in labor contracts, benefits, timesheets, annual leave, termination... of the designated entity
- Synthesize and verify attendance report including: working days, annual leave, paid or unpaid leave ...
- Manage employee master data both online and in hard copies.
- Manage and administer Labor contract practices.
Benefits:
- Verify and process welfare documents (marriage, funeral, birth allowance, hospitalization, etc...) submitted by employees for monthly payment;
- Handle and work with agencies to ensure smooth execution of Healthcare Insurance & Peronnal Accident insurance, and other premium insurance benefit programs.
- Give advice to employees and stakeholders about: labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance.
HR System:
- Implement and ensure timely and accuracy of employee database management in the system
- Process monthly timesheet in the system to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Experience in recruitment, training activity
- Have experience in C&B works is a plus
- Possess a pro-active, passion and integrity manner
- Result-oriented and careful person
- Good at Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in customization of HRM software is a plus
