      Mô tả Công việc

      • Customer & Project Coordination

      • Analyze Requirements: Receive and analyze customer product requirements, including technical documentation and physical samples.
      • Direct Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve issues regarding sample development, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
      • Information Management: Closely monitor all communications and documentation to ensure product specifications and customer requirements are kept up to date.
      • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide transparent updates on project status and requirements.

      • Sample & Production Support

      • Sample Management: Oversee sample orders with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
      • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, pattern, and production teams to provide timely support for planned campaigns.
      • Sourcing & Approvals: Assist with material sourcing and the approval process for garment and non-garment products.
      • Issue Resolution: Partner with relevant departments to address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding sample quality.

      • Administration & Logistics

      • Documentation: Keep organized records of project requirements, communications, and approvals.
      • Costing & Shipping: Assist with cost tracking, order quantities (MOQ), and shipping coordination.
      • General Support: Complete other tasks as requested by the Manager.

      • Job Requirements

      • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required. Experience in the Denim industry or with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
      • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
      • Language: Good at English.
      • Mindset: Sales-focused, results-oriented, a good team player and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
      • Personal Attributes: Highly patient, compassionate, and able to handle pressure with a positive attitude.

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Open to fresher
      • Good at communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      • Good at English
      • Sales-focus, results-oriented, and a good team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Experienced in Denim is an advantage.
      • Experience on ERP is an advantage.
