Logistics & Warehouse Assistant Manager

1. Logistics:

-        Control  customs  clearance Import/Export.

-        Tracking Inbound/Outbound shipment.

-        Control Debit noted Duty/Services.

-        Support Vendor  clear araising issues with Customs/Goverment.

-        Work with FWD for arrange 3PL Shipment pending .

-        Check quotation (AF/OF) as request  by Sales team .

-        Make other reports as required.

2. Warehouse:

-        Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

-        Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

-        Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.

-  Male      

- Good understanding SAP, especially for SC,Logistics, WH . function

-  Agile, proficient and careful

-  Ability to negotiate and solve work problems effectively

-  Patience and freedom to work overtime - Flexibility to back up other jobs in SC,Logistics, WH dept.
