Maintenance and Repairs Executive (Base in Hai Phong)

Position Summary: Responsible for all maintenance and repair matters for empty containers returned from consignees or Ports of Loading (POLs), including surveying and reviewing of repairs, reviewing of repair cost estimation, as well as associated reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage repair activities vs market trend.
• Identify potential risks/errors of inspection and estimation of damaged container.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding damaged containers.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Comply with laws, regulations, IICL standard and ISO requirements.

• Minimum Diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime, Logistic and Supply Chain
• Good in English skills
• Have deep knowledge on depot, terminal operation
• IICL is prefer
• Have deep container repair and survey knowledge
• Proven working experience as an estimator
• Proficient in standard Microsoft software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
