Manufacturing Excellence (ME) Staff/ Nhân viên cải tiến sản xuất

1. Job Purpose

• To drive operational excellence through leading and supporting cross-functional improvement projects, researching smart factory solutions, optimizing manufacturing systems, and standardizing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, compliance, and sustainability across the organization.

2. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects across departments
• Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within factory operations
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and follow-up actions for improvement projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure effective execution and sustainability of improvements

Smart Factory & Manufacturing Excellence

• Research and propose solutions aligned with smart factory and digital manufacturing models
• Support implementation of automation, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with related departments to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance

SOP & ISO System Management

• Collaborate with departments to create, standardize, and improve SOPs based on ISO standards
• Conduct audits and operational evaluations to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
• Monitor corrective actions and support departments in process standardization

6S & Lean Manufacturing

• Coordinate and monitor implementation of 6S activities throughout the factory
• Conduct evaluations, reporting, and follow-up actions to maintain workplace organization and discipline
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Benchmarking & Research

• Study manufacturing technologies, operational systems, and best practices applied in other companies
• Analyze strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
• Present recommendations and proposals to Management for operational enhancement

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Production, IE, Maintenance, QA, Planning, and other departments to drive projects and improvements
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders during project implementation

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in manufacturing improvement, project management, Lean, IE, or Continuous Improvement is preferred
• Experience in garment/textile manufacturing is an advantage

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO systems, Kaizen, 6S, and process improvement methodologies
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations and workflow optimization
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or digital transformation projects is a plus

Language

• English communication is preferred
