Material Warehouse Manager (Quản Lý Kho Nguyên Phụ Liệu)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, shipment coordination, and warehouse staff management to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound activities.

·        Ensure materials are stored properly and safely.

·        Arrange warehouse layout effectively to optimize storage capacity and workflow.

·        Monitor FIFO system and material identification.

Inventory Control

·        Maintain inventory accuracy and control stock levels..

·        Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

·        Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Coordination & Reporting

·        Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.

·        Prepare warehouse reports, stock reports,

Team Management

·        Supervise and manage warehouse staff performance.

·        Assign tasks and provide training to warehouse employees.

·        Maintain discipline, safety, and 6S standards in the warehouse.

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·        Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse manager.

·        Experience in backpack, bag, garment, or manufacturing industry is preferred.

·        Good knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.

·        Familiar with MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

·        Good leadership and problem-solving skills.

·        Good English communication skills.
