Operations Executive (Transshipment Operation) - based in HCMC

- Receive SOB from POL agents.

- Crosscheck SOB if possible to allow units discharge at VNVUT for further connecting plan, including scanning local regulation, terminal rule, special equipment handling,...

- Compare with discharge list sending by MSC VN Import Dept & communicate quickly if any issue.

- Select suitable connection plan for ARO approval before proceeding.

- Nominate vessel connection details on system and inform all related parties after approval.

- Follow up connection plan & notify if any changes.

- Report to ARO regarding final space arrangement for recording.

- Ad-hoc vessel handling:

+ Specially for SEA POL, request SOB from POL agent.

+ Other country: auto find connecting solution to ship to destination.

- Minimum diploma qualified university, preferably in Logistics or Maritime or equivalent

- From 2 -3 years’ experience in shipping or forwarding industry

- At least basic knowledge of operations works of barges, ICDs, terminal

- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong written & spoken English skills

- Ability to work independently

- Good people skills and good relationship with icds, terminal

- Problem solving skills

- Microsoft Office applications
