Liên hệ HQ & nhà cung cấp, lấy báo giá và thông tin hàng hóa, tìm ra hàng hóa đúng và đủ theo yêu cầu;

Lên PO, đơn hàng, trình duyệt cấp trên và gửi PO tới HQ & nhà cung cấp;

Giám sát, theo dõi việc chuẩn bị hàng hóa; tracking/liên hệ forwarder book vận tải, theo dõi lịch vận chuyển, giao nhận hàng;

Phối hợp với phòng kế toán chuẩn bị chứng từ thanh toán: T/T, LC;

Thực hiện các công việc của Ban lãnh đạo chỉ đạo

Coordinate with headquarters and suppliers to request quotations, verify product information, and ensure accurate sourcing according to requirements.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs); obtain necessary approvals and issue POs to headquarters and suppliers.

Oversee order fulfillment, including goods preparation, logistics arrangements, coordination with forwarders, shipment tracking, and delivery follow-up.

Prepare and manage all required import–export documentation and procedures.

Work closely with the Accounting Department to arrange payment documentation (T/T, L/C).

Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by the management team.

Tính cách “hướng ngoại” với kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng lời nói và văn bản vững chắc

Thể hiện kỹ năng máy tính (Excel, Word và PowerPoint)

Ưu tiên người nói tiếng Hàn.

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc cho các công ty máy móc như Mazak; DMG Mori; Makino; Okuma / Yamazen; Mitsui / Marubeni; HAAS; WIA; T.A.T; Cybertech, Weldcom.

Ability to communicate in English.

Bachelor’s degree in business: International Trade, Finance, or related fields.

“Outgoing” personality with strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Korean speakers preferred.

Experience working for machinery companies such as Mazak; DMG Mori; Makino; Okuma / Yamazen; Mitsui / Marubeni; HAAS; WIA; T.A.T; Cybertech, Weldcom.
