Develop and execute integrated PR strategies across the UniMedia ecosystem, including entertainment projects, beauty pageants, talent management and brand communication campaigns.
Lead PR direction for artists, beauty queens and affiliated brands, ensuring consistent positioning and long-term image building.
Plan and implement PR campaigns for brands: from campaign ideation, key message development to media strategy and execution across channels.
Manage media relations: build, maintain and expand strong relationships with journalists, editors and media partners to secure high-quality coverage.
Drive content development: oversee and produce press releases, PR articles, interviews, campaign materials and brand storytelling content.
Plan and execute PR campaigns for large-scale projects (pageants, TV shows, branded content) as well as ongoing communications for talents and brands.
Lead and manage the PR team: assign tasks, mentor team members and ensure high performance across projects.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Social/Digital, Event, Production and external partners (agencies, media, international teams) to deliver cohesive communication strategies.
Monitor media performance, track public sentiment and continuously optimize PR effectiveness.
Handle crisis communications and sensitive issues, ensuring brand and talent reputation is protected.
Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, Communications or Journalism, preferably within entertainment, branding or television.
Strong foundation in Corporate PR, with the ability to plan, build strategy and execute end-to-end.
Proven experience in team management (core team ~3 members), including training and development.
Strong media relations, with an established network and ability to build & maintain relationships with journalists and media (especially entertainment & branding).
Fluency in English (spoken & written) is required for working with international partners and media.
Excellent writing, editing, communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset, high ownership, and ability to manage multiple projects independently and under pressure.
