Purchasing Specialist

• Identify procurement needs & develop purchasing plans aligned with business strategies, ensuring efficiency in Supply Chain Management.
• Search, evaluate, and negotiate with Chinese suppliers, using English & basic Chinese to secure the best price and quality.
• Manage contracts, logistics, international payments & Incoterms, ensuring timely delivery of imported goods.
• Analyze market trends, monitor pricing fluctuations & research competitors, optimizing purchasing costs (Cost Optimization).
• Control foreign exchange risks, import taxes, intellectual property, and propose suitable financial solutions.
• Handle product feedback, improve purchasing processes & enhance supply chain management efficiency.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business, Import-Export, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in International Purchasing / Sourcing & Procurement, preferably with Chinese suppliers.

Languages:

• Fluent English (communication, contract negotiation, professional email writing).
• Basic Chinese communication (advantageous for supplier interactions).

Skills Required:
- Negotiation & supplier management to optimize costs & contract terms.
- Proficiency in Incoterms, logistics, international shipping & order management.
- Strong analytical skills in pricing evaluation, market research & financial risk management.
