Sales Leader/Supervisor (Logistics)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Sales Leader/Supervisor (Logistics, $1400, ID 20069): 

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve overall business targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in key trade lanes such as the USA, Canada, and China.
• Handle key accounts directly and support team members in closing complex or high-value deals.
• Analyze market trends and freight rates to provide effective pricing strategies.
• Track team performance, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure consistent growth.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in sea freight sales and 2 years in a sales management role within the logistics industry.
• Strong experience in handling US and Canada markets 
• Fluent in English
