Sales Logistics Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Pricing support for import-export inquiries for the EU & Asia trade lane
• Checking pricing with internal teams, preparing quotations, and offering to overseas agents
• Checking pricing with overseas agents for local inquiries
• Supporting to prepare contracts and related documents for new customers
• Managing, preserving and storing the Contracts after signing
• Recording and following up on the inquiries for weekly reports
• Researching and preparing the contacts on the sales pipelines
• Assist other tasks assigned by Manager/Instructor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated or 3rd/4th-year students from College or University majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Import-Export, and Good knowledge of the Forwarding & Logistics Field.
• Full-time, ensure an internship period of 6 months.
• Languages: perform a good English communication, basic knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Priority will be given to those who have experience in sales.
• Passionate about sales and career-oriented to a sale field.
• Hard-working, careful and proactive in work.
