Sample planning staff/ Nhân viên kế hoạch mẫu

1. Job Purpose

To coordinate and manage sample production schedules, ensuring cutting, sewing, and finishing activities are completed on time and supporting efficient sample development.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sample Planning & Coordination

• Prepare cutting, sewing, and finishing plans for the Sample Room.
• Monitor sample progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and related departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow.

System Management

• Update and maintain sample-related information in the WFX system.
• Ensure planning data is accurate and up to date.

Reporting & Communication

• Track sample status and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and provide updates as required.

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Lập kế hoạch và điều phối mẫu

• Lập kế hoạch cắt, may và hoàn thiện cho Phòng Mẫu.
• Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện mẫu và đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng thời hạn.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận Merchandising, Sản xuất và các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh, đảm bảo tiến độ công việc.

Quản lý hệ thống

• Cập nhật và quản lý dữ liệu liên quan đến mẫu trên hệ thống WFX.
• Đảm bảo dữ liệu kế hoạch luôn chính xác và được cập nhật kịp thời.

Báo cáo và phối hợp

• Theo dõi tình trạng thực hiện mẫu và cập nhật tiến độ cho các bên liên quan.
• Lập báo cáo và cung cấp thông tin theo yêu cầu.

Công việc khác

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

Education & Experience

• College degree or above.
• Experience in planning or garment manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in denim products is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP/WFX systems is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Language

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Mindset & Attributes

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Trình độ & Kinh nghiệm

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về kế hoạch hoặc trong ngành may mặc.
• Có kinh nghiệm với sản phẩm denim là một lợi thế.

Kiến thức & Kỹ năng

• Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, phối hợp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
• Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống ERP/WFX.
• Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và quản lý nhiều công việc cùng lúc.

Ngoại ngữ

• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là một lợi thế.

Thái độ & Phẩm chất

• Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và cẩn thận.
