Sourcing Internship

We are looking for a Sourcing Intern with a Mechanical or Technical Engineering background to support sourcing and procurement activities for manufacturing projects. This role is suitable for candidates who understand mechanical components, materials, and manufacturing processes, and are interested in developing a career in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.

The intern will work closely with Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to identify suppliers, evaluate technical capability, and support cost, quality, and delivery improvement initiatives.

• Support sourcing activities for mechanical parts, components, tooling, and equipment.
• Assist in supplier identification, comparison, and evaluation (cost, lead time, technical capability).
• Review and understand technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and material requirements.
• Support RFQ preparation, quotation comparison, and cost breakdown analysis, should cost analysis to evaluate.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to clarify technical and quality requirements.
• Support supplier documentation, qualification, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in cost reduction, VA/VE, and alternative sourcing projects.
• Maintain sourcing data and reports in Excel/ERP systems.

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and BOMs.
• Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electronics Engineering (mechanical background).
