KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Local Trucking & Coordination

• Plan and assign trucks for internal warehouse movements while coordinating delivery schedules for local customers.
• Monitor OEM delivery status and maintain daily transportation logs with updates on any delays

Sample Management (Logistics & Procurement)

• Process incoming and outgoing samples, including physical quality and quantity checks.
• Maintain a detailed sample tracking log and liaise with Procurement on sample requirements.

Local Vendor Management

• Follow up with local vendors to ensure on‑time deliveries and record any discrepancies.
• Support vendor performance evaluation based on delivery reliability

Payment & Administrative Support

• Compile and verify documents (DHL, 247 Express, Capex, etc.) and track outstanding payments.
• Systematically archive logistics/procurement documents and provide administrative support for finance tasks.

• Final-year or recent graduate student majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, international environments such as supply chain, retail, supermarkets, or food ingredients industries
• Highly proactive with a strong can‑do attitude.
• Creative, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
