Tổ trưởng Bảo trì/ Maintenance Technician Leader

Bảo trì máy móc & thiết bị

• Lập và triển khai kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ cho máy may, máy chuyên dùng và các thiết bị sản xuất.
• Xử lý sự cố, sửa chữa máy móc nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy.
• Theo dõi tình trạng thiết bị và đề xuất sửa chữa, cải tiến hoặc thay thế khi cần.

Quản lý hệ thống kỹ thuật

• Quản lý hệ thống điện, nước, khí nén, chiếu sáng và các hạ tầng kỹ thuật của nhà máy.
• Đảm bảo các hệ thống vận hành an toàn, ổn định và đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất.

Quản lý đội ngũ

• Phân công, giám sát và hướng dẫn công việc cho đội ngũ kỹ thuật bảo trì.
• Đào tạo, phát triển năng lực nhân viên và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để hỗ trợ hoạt động sản xuất.

An toàn & cải tiến

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy và các yêu cầu đánh giá của khách hàng.
• Quản lý vật tư, phụ tùng bảo trì và kiểm soát chi phí.
• Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến thiết bị, nâng cao hiệu suất vận hành và giảm thiểu sự cố.

Machinery & Equipment Maintenance

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance for sewing machines and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacement.

Utilities & Facility Management

• Manage factory utility systems, including electrical, compressed air, water, lighting, and ventilation.
• Ensure utility systems operate safely, efficiently, and support uninterrupted production.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, assign, and supervise the Maintenance team.
• Coach and develop technicians while coordinating with Production, IE, QA, and other departments to support daily operations.

Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire protection requirements, and customer audit standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
• Support equipment improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement projects.

Trình độ & Kinh nghiệm

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo trì tại nhà máy may mặc hoặc sản xuất.
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ kỹ thuật là một lợi thế.

Kỹ năng

• Có kiến thức về máy may công nghiệp, hệ thống điện và hạ tầng kỹ thuật nhà máy.
• Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, quản lý công việc và giải quyết sự cố.
• Am hiểu về hệ thống tự động hóa (PLC, cảm biến...) là một lợi thế.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc tốt.

Education & Experience

• College degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Experience with industrial sewing machines and factory utility systems.
• Experience leading a maintenance team is preferred.

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning, communication, and team management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automation systems (PLC, sensors, automated equipment) is an advantage.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
