This role will also act as the Member of Softline department in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Customer Service team in the following daily tasks including:
Communicate job status and handle customer inquiries.
Timely copy and upload results from test reports to the UCI portal.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries, and update/correct data when errors or omissions are found.
Organize and store data in a systematic manner, making it easy to retrieve when needed.
Assist with tasks in the Customer Service Section as authorized or assigned by the Customer Service Reporting Officer/Manager.
Report all activities to Supervisor and Head of Customer Service of Softline.
Other duties relevant to this level assigned by Reporting Officer.
Job Requirement
Fresh graduate, no prior experience required.
Basic English communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
