Operation Specialist (SHTP - District 9, HCMC)

JOB SUMMARY

Dedicated to take care of assigned departments assistance tasks (Chinese-English Assistant)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking for proactive and detail-oriented department assistant to support factory operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various back-office tasks, events, training, and employee engagement activities
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance and support to foreign visitors, guests, and colleagues during their business trips to Vietnam
- Maintain and update records for foreign guests visiting Vietnam, as well as Vietnamese staff traveling abroad for business
- Arrange travel logistics such as booking flights, transportation, hotel accommodations, and restaurant reservations
- Monitor and follow up on work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards for expatriates
- Assist in organizing events (e.g., tours, dinners) for foreign guests
- Handle payment processes, clear expenses, and prepare monthly administrative reports
- Serve as a translator and interpreter for guests as needed
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas departments when required
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• College and above: Major in Business Administration, English, Chinese or other related subjects
• Minimum 2-3 years in similar positions that comfortably use both English and Chinese
• English: Verbal communication + Written; Chinese: Verbal communication + Reading + Typing
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Helpful and friendly demeanor
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Work at SHTP - District 9, HCMC. We provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong and Dong Nai.
