- Do planning and make report for developing business project of amusement park yearly
- Search for leased premises for new project in Shopping Mall
- Negotiate the conditions of premise leasing contract;
- Plan to coordinate with other departments to deploy and build a new play area;
- The other related works of business development according to instruction of superior

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: Having experience in Site development, searching for sites in Shopping Mall for 2 years and more
- Can go on a business trip to provinces
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Obtain skills in MS Office of Word, Excel, PP

<Preferred>
- Can use Japanese
- Have knowledge for Contruction, Legal documents
