Make development plan in the responsible field, ensuring support for common goal of department/center
Take responsibility in designing, building and managing databases for business and for analysis reports, actively participating in projects related to data analysis and data management (ex. DWH
Continuously develop and optimize the periodical reporting system, results monitoring tool: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and data as per request from business. Particularly take responsibility of important reports/analysis for senior management to provide insights & recommendations that drive decision-making processes.
Consult and proactively participate in bank-wide projects to provide data/reports/analysis to support projects
Implement advanced analytics projects/analysis using various analytics tools available to support business growth & decision making processes
Provide training, coaching (including sales knowledge, field sales training, basic skill of verification) about data and reporting to impulse the data-driven decision-making process of division.
Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.

1. Educational Qualifications
University degree in economics / banking / finance / IT
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Knowledge of ecosystem
Knowledge of data system, business intelligence system
3. Skills
Problem-solving skills in a creative way.
Leadership, Management Team
Data management tools skill
Reporting & analytics skills using mutiple tools (Excel, BI tools, R, Python)
4. Relevant Experience
At least have 5 years of practical experience in managing BI system for retail banking
5. Required Competencies
Ability to work independently as well as teamwork.
Ability to analyze, manage time and logical thinking.
