JOB PURPOSE: The Creative Manager is responsible for leading and managing the creative team to deliver compelling and effective visual and written communication materials. This role involves collaborating with other departments to understand project requirements, developing creative briefs, and overseeing the entire creative process.
I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Team Leadership
Lead and inspire a creative team, including graphic designers, and other creative professionals.
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to foster creativity and professional development.
2. Project Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
Develop and manage creative project plans, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within scope and budget.
3. Creative Strategy
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives and brand identity.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure creative work remains innovative and relevant.
4. Conceptualization and Ideation
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts.
Work closely with team members to translate ideas into compelling visual and written content.
5. Quality Control
Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
Provide constructive feedback and revisions as needed.
Work closely with the product marketing team to translate product features and benefits into visually appealing design elements.
Create visual assets that support product positioning and messaging.
7. Budget Management
Work within allocated budgets, providing cost estimates for creative projects and managing resources efficiently.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications).
Proven experience in a creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant creative software and tools.
Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
Leadership and team management
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Strong communication and presentation
Time management and multitasking
Adaptability and flexibility.
5 years’ experience in Senior Designer
Knowledge of Photoshop and Video editing tools will be a plus
Be able to execute concepts to a visual standard for client presentations
Should be able to oversee production of different media.
Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them
Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to direct creative teams, photographers and other 3rd party creative groups
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
Fluently at English and Vietnamese.
A portfolio is required for this position.
