We are looking for a motivated Finance Transformation Analyst to help modernize and transform our finance function. The role involves redesigning finance processes, implementing new technologies, and aligning with industry best practices, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth change and continuous improvement.

1. Process Redesign & Improvement: Analyze and document current finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement optimized processes.

2. Process Automation: Design, build, and implement automations using corporate technology platforms to streamline finance processes.

3. Technology Implementation: Assist in selecting and implementing modern finance technologies, ensuring seamless integration with IT and finance teams, and provide training and support for end-users.

4. Project Management: Lead/support finance transformation projects, manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against key metrics.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, create dashboards/reports to track progress, and provide insights to support decision-making.

6. Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate training sessions.

7. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure finance transformation initiatives comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably with experience in finance transformation or continuous improvement.
3. Certifications: CPA, CFA, PMP, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
4. Skills: Strong knowledge of finance processes, proficiency with finance software (e.g., ERP systems), excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong project management skills, effective communication, and experience with change management tools.
