• Craft and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Continuously monitor and measure performance against established goals (ROI and KPIs). Leverage data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.
• Take ownership of consistent growth and performance improvements across all marketing channels, optimizing strategies for maximum impact. Benchmark competitor campaigns and market trends to gain valuable insights and identify opportunities for innovation and strategic improvement.
• Design and manage the lead qualification funnel (MQL to SAL), nurturing leads and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, actively researching new solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in diverse marketing roles, with a proven track record of success across various marketing channels (portfolio required).
• At least 1 year of experience in the B2B technology or outsourcing sector
• Possess excellent content writing skills specifically tailored for developing compelling marketing campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of lead generation principles and best practices.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools such as Odoo, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets effectively.
• Experience in International Marketing
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Be adaptable and agile, readily adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly, embrace new situations, and continuously improve based on feedback.
• Excellent written and good verbal English communication skills.
