Industrial Engineer is responsible for monitoring & maintaining the Engineering System Database of Off-Shore Tasks, coordinating all engineering change orders to ensure system is updated on time and engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational:

1. Control the Task assignment from system: Engineering specification change orders from the Solid work manage system, new item set ups from Calisto system.
2. Understand the Engineering Specification Change Requests to know what changes need to be changed.
3. Proactively communicate with the US team to identify the Effective date.
4. Diligently and accurately maintain Engineering specification changes in the system environment following SOP.
5. Make the plan and control the progress to make sure meet timeline.
6. Understand Production process to standardize current procedures.
7. Update performance tracking weekly.
8. Escalate incidents or issues to US Team for further analysis to identify potential problems and implement solutions proactively.

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

2. Knowledge of:

• 3D Drawing
• System Processing & controlling
• Product specifications
• AUTO CAD

3. Skills and Abilities:

• Good at English (4 skills)
• Good at Excel
• Analysis tool: Pivot Table, Power PI
• Abilities: Database & timeline controlling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
