Analyze the market situation and identify the potential business areas for Pebsteel. Forecast the markets scale and practical sale revenue in each region based on the available database (BCI & Houselink…)
Research B2B end-users and individuals through different channels to identify new leads and potential markets. Contact potential Buyers via tele/digital channels or physical meetings to establish rapport.
Establish wide and strong relationship with Developers / Consultants / Industry Associations / industrial parks PIC for new business opportunities.
Attend conferences, business meetings, and industry exhibition / events to generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities before transferring to Sales Department.
Actively visit list of consultants & developers, owners. Arrange meetings with clients and carry out product demonstrations or update new products of Pebsteel.
Make PCV (project CV) and seek approval from GM.
Organize events like seminar by company, seminar for guests (consultants / contractors), exhibitions, launch campaigns, construction night.
Produce marketing tools like brochures, leaflet, annual calendars / diaries, sourvenir, goodie bag, etc.
Support Sales Department & GM like preparing tender documents / proposal which is to be summited by Sales and other colleagues for related tasks.
Maintain database on CRM, update it regularly based on new project information and customers information.
Maintain a record of all letters of recommendation from all company projects.
Register Pebsteel as vendor list for e-Procurement / e-Auction / e-Tender.

University degree or Master of Sales & Marketing, BA…
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and its current events.
Have knowledge of technical details & drawings is an advantage.
At least 05 years at same positions (BD, Sales, Marketing…) in a foreign or multinational company or similar industry company.
Have experience in construction industry, building material.
Good leadership and consensus building skills; business development skill and strategic planning experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Vietnamese (3rd languages such as Chinese or Japanese is a plus).
Ability to think differently, innovative, and creative.
